This is the observed graph of a throttled broadband download for 24/7. Note that the blue line indicates the actual download speed. It fluctuates up and down. It can only acheive a maximum speed of 45 kByte/s. But most of the time the download speed is very low.

Note also the number of seeds are about 30+, but still the download speed is not encouraging.
